JAMB makes U-turn, Begins Registration for 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination

- JAMB has updated candidates about the 2021 UTME registration - The exam body explained why registration was temporarily halted - Candidates are advised to adhere to JAMB's instruction during the registration process. 

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has resolved the technical hitches relating to the registration of candidates for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) into tertiary institutions.

He said: 

“It was only put on hold to resolve the technical hitches. Registration is now in full swing.'' Olofofo recalls that JAMB postponed the registration for the 2021 UTME and DE due to the inability of candidates to create their profiles. Meanwhile, JAMB has explained why it introduced the use of the National Identity Number (NIN) for the registration of the 2021 UTME.
